MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY:
By law we can not resell previously sold personal clothing, such as panties, bras, teddies, etc. So returns will not be authorized on these items, unless we ship the wrong item or it is defective.
IntimaTemptations will gladly process an even exchange (for exact duplicate item) in the event of a Manufacturer defect at no extra cost to you. If the item you receive is not the item you ordered, we will replace the item with the correct one at no extra cost to you. Customers must call 712-527-7562 for a RGA number. Once defective or mis-shipped item is received, a duplicate or correct item will be immediately shipped. In the event your item is unavailable for shipment, a refund or store credit may be issued.
If you want to exchange the item for a differnt size (other than personal clothing), contact us for and RGA number and we will process an exchange for you. To keep our merchandise cost low, you may be required to pay additional shipping costs. Please note, if merchandise is returned damaged, worn, stained, or packaging/tags missing, no credit will be given.
