Items that are out of stock will take on average 5-7 business days to be shipped.
Pleaser USA shoes ship directly from the manufacturer and usually ships within 2-3 business days.
All orders ship within the continental U.S. via UPS or USPS.
Orders are processed within 24 hours (not including weekends or holidays) and are shipped ground. Ground deliveries generally take 2-3 business days depending on what part of the country you are located.
Notifications of your order status will be sent to your email as follows: Confirmation of order received; Confirmation of shipment; and Notification of tracking details.

ADDRESS VERIFICATION:
Please note: We reserve the right to ask the customer for additional information prior to shipping if the billing address of the customer does not match the billing address on the credit card used. If the customer is unable to verify the correct billing address, name and/or phone number for the billing address, we reserve the right not to ship the merchandise or process the order. We provide this service as a further protection and security for our customers.

We Accept VISA, MASTERCARD and Discover. Sales tax is not charged, except on applicable items shipped within the state of Iowa. Your credit card will be processed once your order has been reveiwed and processed. Midwest Retailers will be the billing entry on credit card statements. We DO NOT Accept Cash, Checks, Money Orders or any other forms of payments.
ATTENTION INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
All orders will be shipped complete, meaning it will be held up if there are any backordered items. We will let you know if this is the case and you will have the option to cancel the item, the whole order or allow the wait. They will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International (3-5 Days).
Please be aware that shipments may be subject to Customs and VAT taxes when the items are delivered or picked up. These charges are the BUYERS responsibilty. They may (probably will) require these to be paid prior to releasing the packages to you. Credit WILL NOT be issued if choose not pay any required Customs charges and refuse to take possession of the items. Below is what our research has come up with to a guide to know what it will cost you (UK customers).
CLOTHES IMPORT DUTY and VAT.
1) Customs Duty. - Customs duty is calculated by Customs on the "END COST" of the clothing. They add together the purchase price, + any insurance, + shipping costs. This gives the END COST figure. They then look at the material the clothes are made from. On the END COST they charge Customs duties of 12% for "fabric" clothing made from cotton, silk, nylon, polyester etc. If the clothes are leather the duty charge is 4%.
2) V.A.T. - After adding the customs duty to the total cost of the clothing, they then add V.A.T.@ 17 1/2% on the after Customs duty figure.
SHOES BOOTS and FOOTWEAR IMPORT DUTY and VAT
1) Customs Duty. - Customs duty is again calculated by Customs on the END COST of the footwear. They add together the purchase price, + any insurance, + shipping. They then look at the material the footwear is made from. On the END COST figure they charge Customs duties of 17% for footwear made from "fabric" or plastic. If the shoes or boots are leather the duty charge is 8%.
2) V.A.T. - After adding the customs duty to the total cost of the clothing, they then add V.A.T.@ 17 1/2% on the after Customs duty figure.
